Stephen Mallatratt’s stage adaptation of the book by Susan Hill tells the story of a lawyer, obsessed with a curse that he believes has been cast over his family by the spectre of a ‘Woman In Black’.  To exorcise his demons, he seeks the help of an actor to help him tell his story to the world.  But as they delve further into the lawyer’s traumatic memories, a world of eerie marshes, moaning winds, and howling spectres begins to emerge. The borders between make-believe and reality begin to blur… and the flesh begins to creep.

Featuring Greg Spielman and Darryl Lindenbach, The Woman In Black ran from October 25 - November 3, 2019 in the historic Lantern Church in Inglewood.
