AUDITIONS

THE HORSE AND HIS BOY

Please read all details below before submitting for this production.

1.  Imagine requires 100% commitment to the rehearsal schedule.  If you are involved in another show or have other time conflicts, we cannot consider you for casting.  Rehearsals will run on Sunday afternoons and Thursday evenings from Jan. 5 to March 30, Tech Week March 31-April 3.  Performances run April 4-12, including 3 weekday matinees.

2.  Rehearsals will take place at multiple locations.  All participants should be able to get to rehearsals on time, every time.

3.  We are looking for team players to be part of an ensemble cast.  Improv skills and the ability to work creatively in a group is essential.  Must play well with others!

4.  Age range of actors for this cast is approximately 14 to 70.  Strong vocal presence and physical agility are desired.  

5.  It is absolutely essential that all participants in this production, including cast and tech team, have read through the entire novel prior to auditions, and have a studious knowledge of the Chronicles of Narnia book series by C. S. Lewis.

6.  Imagine Theatre is a not-for-profit community theatre organization and does not provide payment to participants at this time.  All positions for cast and crew are volunteer-only.

7.  Imagine will contact individuals directly to set up an audition appointment and provide details of how to prepare.  If you have any questions about submissions or auditions, do send us an email.  We look forward to hearing from you!
